Let me tell you a little bit about my journey. It's been quite the adventure, filled with ups and downs, but I wouldn't change a single thing.

It all started when I joined the army. For five years, I served my country with pride and honor. The military taught me valuable lessons in discipline, teamwork, and resilience. I faced challenges head-on, and those experiences shaped me into the person I am today.

But deep down, I had a burning passion for something different. Fitness and helping others achieve their health goals called to me.

So, after bidding farewell to my military days, I decided to become a personal trainer. It was a thrilling career choice, and I loved seeing the transformations in my clients' lives.

However, I wasn't satisfied with just being a personal trainer. I craved more knowledge, so I enrolled in physiotherapy school. It was there that I dove deep into understanding the mechanics of the human body. I spent countless hours studying and applying my newfound skills at an osteopathic clinic, helping patients recover and regain their mobility.

My journey took an unexpected turn in 2020. That was the year I discovered ropeflow and rotational movement training—a revolutionary fitness phenomenon.

The fluidity and grace of these exercises captivated me. I immersed myself in learning everything I could about these innovative techniques.

After all, life wasn't always smooth sailing for me. I battled with depression, and it was a difficult period of my life. However, I refused to let it define me. Determined to overcome my struggles, I embarked on a personal journey of self-discovery.

Meditation and movement training became my lifelines.

Through meditation, I learned to quiet my mind, find inner peace, and embrace the present moment. And when combined with my newfound love for movement, something magical happened—I began to feel comfortable in my own body and mind.

It was like unlocking a door to my own happiness.

As I triumphed over my own struggles, I realized that I had the power to inspire others. I shared my story, offering hope and encouragement to those facing similar challenges.

And because I am an advocate for being an eternal student in life, this personal discovery also lead to my decision to specialize further professionally (nerd alert!). In 2021 I got my rotational movement trainer license and shortly after became certified in meditation and breathwork.

Today, I stand tall as a beacon of positivity. My wish is to help people discover the joy of feeling comfortable in their own skin, both physically and mentally. Every day, I'm reminded that life is a beautiful journey, filled with unexpected twists and turns.

So, dear reader, I invite you to embrace the unexpected, pursue your passions, and find your own unique path.

Remember that even in the darkest moments, there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Keep moving forward, keep pushing yourself, and never forget to find humor and joy along the way.

Because life is meant to be lived with a smile on your face and a skip in your step.
